Our Journey to Hailey

The Chinese have their own way of explaining how people come together: In their culture, long before we meet, the people who will be the most important in our lives are linked by lengths of invisible red thread. We started our journey October 10th, 2005 at Chinese Children Charities in Denver when we began the adoption process. And, every day, we follow that red thread closer to Hailey, our daughter that we will meet some day soon in China. This is our story - Sincerely, Brent and Melanie

We're Notified of Our Official "Log in Date:March 15th, 2006!

Need we say more???? Here is the e-mail we've been waiting for! We're ecstatic! We were notified today of our Official Log in Date, which happens to have been just 6 days prior to Melanie's 37th Birthday! We're getting closer....
