Barrie and Melanie attend the Denver Health Gala black tie event ("sans" husbands!). We had a great time and even were able to take part in silent bidding for some pretty "chic" purses. Barrie's competitive streak reared it's head that night! We joked that she'd start a fight for anyone that tried to outbid her!! Unfortunately, some strange woman claimed Melanie's winning bid although she never bid on a purse! Go figure! We both enjoyed making "baby plans" for Kelsie and Hailey and can't believe that this time next year, they will be in our lives and we will be "moms!" We're so lucky that the red thread has brought us together and know that our girls are destined to be life long friends.
